Quick fix to v.02

I've added the text of the result tiers since that's pretty important for the game. I've also fixed a typo that mixed up the world at risk and character at risk modifiers. If you downloaded yesterday's version, hopefully you see this and get the new version, because otherwise you might not know how to resolve an action roll. My bad!
