v.3 Updates

I've just uploaded the current version of v.3 because I think it's much better than the game used to be. I've overhauled the dice mechanics completely, so everything in the .pdf is the changelog. Much of the rest stayed the same. I'm still working on finalizing the layout and getting the art. I'm planning to run this through Zine Quest in February, so look out for that! I'm also working on getting the rules up for free online as an SRD so that people who can't afford the asking price can still read the rules and play the game.
